Description:
Premium Environmental Products, LLC (PEP) is looking for investment capital to enable further R&D, Marketing and Sales of a pesticide impregnated polymer. PEP has developed a process to impregnate an insecticide in a polymer that extends the insecticide's life to at least 24 months. The resulting product is safe for humans and animals and is otherwise environmentally friendly.
This product has been successfully proven to protect food supplies in transit. In addition, the USDA has found this product to meet its requirements for two-year protection against fire ant infestation in nursery containers.The EPA has cleared the product for use in nursery containers and the company is beginning a sales effort to obtain sales in this area.
PEP has the capability of inexpensively manufacturing the product now, but needs additional clearances from the EPA to extend the uses of the product to new applications as follows
1. Agricultural
a. Growing containers approved by USDA fire ant protection protocol
b. Silage films to prevent insect infestation in cattle food•
c. Citrus crop protection•
2. Home
a. Under sink mats to prevent cockroach infestation
b. Pet food mats to prevent contamination of food from insects.
c. Garbage bags to eliminate flies and maggots.
d. Home garden mulch films to prevent most insect damage to plants•
e. Outdoor furniture, play scapes and other construction.
f. Picnic tablecloths and picnic blankets.
3. Commercial and Other:
a. Hotel-under bed linen to prevent bed bugs•
b. Underlayment in construction to prevent termite destruction•
c. Outer wrap of MRE’s (meals ready to eat) to prevent cockroach damage•
d. Mats on skids used to ship food cartons
e. Electric junction box liners•
f. Insulation for Run Way lights•.
