Description:
We are looking to start a poker site. Looking to raise 150k in total. Willing to give up a fair % of equity in the site. Have a full business plan and marketing strategy available for serious investors. We are going to be joining a major network who will take care of payment processing, customer support, etc. Not processing players payments makes us not a gambling website, and just a marketing site who directs our players to the network. This is important in that it uncomplicates legal issues.
