Description:
I am the owner of a new coffee house/cafe in Philadelphia. We are focused on offering 100% organic pastries and fair trade coffee/tea to our customers. In addition, we are offering a full line of pastries to those with dietary restrictions (vegans, vegetarians, gluten-free, sugar-free, etc.).
There is a large population of dietary restricted consumers in the Philadelphia area and this population is growing everyday. There just isn't a place in the city where dietary restricted customers can find that special pastry they've been craving.......that is, until now!
We will fill this niche and attract customers from all over Philadelphia. We can create buzz and bring in customers of all types and we will become the premier coffee shop for those with dietary restrictions or those simply looking for the best-quality pastry and coffee.
We already have one investor who has provided an expression of interest letter for 25% of our request. We are now looking for a co-investor who would be willing to fund the remainder of the funds we seek.
Please contact me to speak further or to request our business plan. Please keep in mind that we are a startup and are looking for startup funding.
