Established in 2005, Perfit White LLC is a California based company specializing in developing and manufacturing unique oral care products. Our company is led by dental professionals, chemists and dedicated engineers whose mission are to develop and produce innovative products for everyday use. We have completed our first product, PopBrush and global marketing is underway. PopBrush is patented in US and China, PRO.

Market:
The market is enormous, ranging from travelers to people of everyday use. The most important needs for the consumers are convenience, reliability, price and availability.

Our Objectives:
1. To raise investment capital USD$5,000,000 in year 2010.
2. To achieve 50% market penetration in oral hygiene section of the traveling market in Europe and Asia by the year 2013.
3. To achieve a 25% US market penetration in the oral hygiene section of the traveling market by the year 2013.
4. To achieve minimum USD$30 million in global sales by the year 2012.

Mission:
Our initial product, the PopBrush, will be sold to consumers worldwide. We intend to grow the business and to establish our brand as a product leader and innovator in its specialty “tooth brushing on-the-go” niche. We intend to finance continued growth both internally and externally and to develop and acquire new and additional products once our marketing platform is established. We will conduct our business in accordance with team values and strive to maintain a friendly, fair and creative work environment that respects ideas, hard work, and the dignity and worth of the individual.

Competition:
Significant competitor is Colgate’s Wisp. Wisp uses dry toothpaste bead which melts in the mouth as brushing begins, an ineffective way as compared to PopBrush’s real toothpaste and high quality bristles for its toothbrush.

Company Ownership:
Perfit White is a privately held California company. Hammond Wong, founder, is the majority shareholder. Other investors are Elizabeth Chung, Ben Wong and Helen Tsao.

Offering:
Capital Required: USD$5,000,000
Equity: 20% of the company.
ROI: Estimated a minimum of 200% of the investment capital over a period of 2 years.
