Description:
Welcome! We are a no kill rescue aimed at saving the lives and rehabilitating as many of the "bully" breed dogs as humanly possible. We currently have two loactions, one in Texas and one in Washington. Our Texas locations is where we are based out of and also where the physical rescue is located. We are a new rescue and are always looking for volunteers. We also offer a program specifically for our military men and women who can not keep their bully breed dogs due to the new military housing laws that prevent any of the bully breeds from living with their families in "on-post" housing. For more information about this program please go to the link titled Military Program.

We realize that we can't help every single dog but these breeds desperately need our help. On average, over half of all dogs euthanized in shelters are some sort of "bully" breed, whether it be an American Pit Bull Terrier, a Rottwieller, a Doberman or even a Saint Bernard (yes, the Beethoven dog!). That means that out of 2.7 million dogs euthanized in any given year, 1.134 million of these dogs were some sort of "bully" breed.

We are hoping to get enough funding to provide these animals with everything you would need for any other dog just in mass quantity. We are in need of funding for the following: land for the shelter to grow on, housing for not only the dogs but also the onsite 24-hour caregivers, lots of food, leashes, collars, other accessories that they may need, a security system for the safety of all involved including the dogs' well-being, any medical care they will need including mandatory spaying or neutering. We are also hoping to have enough funds available to train and/or rehabilitate these dogs and get them into loving forever homes that they may not have had otherwise.
